Shipping policy

At Krieger Music Supply, we know how important it is to get your gear fast and in perfect condition. Every order is packed with care and shipped promptly from our U.S. location to ensure your instruments and accessories arrive safely and ready to play.
1. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed in 2 business days or less (Monday–Friday).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our shop.
We treat every package like it’s going to a fellow musician.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship within the United States. All items ship free via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can also track orders directly from your Order Confirmation Page or by contacting us at sales@kriegermusicsupply.com
4. Shipping Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally carrier delays, weather, or customs issues may occur.
If your package appears delayed, reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If your item arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim or send a replacement.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss, but we’ll help you file a carrier claim.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee redirection after your order is processed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once the additional postage fee is paid.
