Refund policy

At Krieger Music Supply, we want you to love every piece of gear you buy from us.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly, fairly, and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Include all parts, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

A proof of purchase or order number is required.

If you’ve used or played the product and believe it’s defective, please contact us — we handle those on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@kriegermusicsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with instructions and a return authorization.

Ship the item securely using a trackable method.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your payment provider — processing times vary.
